Cancellation and Other Policies

Payment Policy

Deposits are required at the time of scheduling to secure your place in the class/activity but payments in full are not, any payments due will be collected prior to the start of the class/activity. When you make a booking you should receive a confirmation  email and be re-directed to a payment page but if you were not or have  any issues with payment please don't hesitate to reach out to me.

  Cancellation Policy

Unfortunately I do not allow cancellations once you are enrolled and deposits are nonrefundable (please see **note** at the end of this section) but I am happy to help you reschedule if you find you will be unable to attend.

Rescheduling Policy*

Reschedule requests made with 72 hours notice or more may not be subject to a "reschedule fee" however any requests made with less than 24 hours notice will be required to pay the "reschedule fee".

*RTBAV Seminar participants who request to reschedule may do so at any time with no penalty!

          Requests to reschedule that are made with less than 4 hours notice will be considered a "No Show" and subject to the "No Show Policy"

 Late Policy

  If you are more than 15 minutes late for your class you will be considered  a "No Show" and I will ask that you reschedule to another class with a  $15.00 "reschedule fee."

  "Online Portion Required" policy

If  you attend the "in person skills session" of a blended course without  having completed the online portion requirement you will be asked to reschedule your skills to another date and time with a $15.00 "reschedule fee". Other options can be discussed should this situation occur.

"No Show" Policy

If you are considered to be a "no-show" for your activity there are no refunds even if paid in full however you can reschedule your class/activity one time with a $15.00 "reschedule fee". Any further requests to reschedule will require a new deposit.

 **PLEASE  NOTE**

Any and all classes and activities conducted by Wicked Wolf Training are subject to the  Douglas County School District's official cancellation policy. If DCSD  issues a school cancellation or a delayed start the night before, or morning of, any class or activity scheduled with Wicked Wolf Training then the class/activity will be automatically canceled. All participants will be rescheduled at their convenience for no cost or penalty.

Any activity that is cancelled, aside from a school closure, or rescheduled at the request of Wicked Wolf Training will be rescheduled at the participant/s convenience, at no cost, or the participant/s may be offered a full refund (to include deposit) per the discretion of Wicked Wolf Training.
