Cancellation and Other Policies

Payment Policy

Deposits are required at the time of scheduling to secure your place in the class/activity but payments in full are not! You may pay the remaining balance at any time prior to the start of class OR I am happy to accept cash, credit or debit payments in person. When you make a booking you should receive a confirmation email and be re-directed to a payment page but if you were not or have any issues with payment please don't hesitate to reach out to me.

  Cancellation Policy

Unfortunately I do not allow cancellations once you are enrolled and deposits are nonrefundable (please see **note** at the end of this section) but I am happy to help you reschedule if you find you will be unable to attend.

Rescheduling Policy

Reschedule requests made 48 hours or MORE before the start of class will receive their full payment, minus deposit. Requests made with 24-48 hours notice will receive one half of their payment received, minus deposit. Requests to reschedule that are made with less than 24 hours notice will be considered a "No Show" and subject to the "No Show Policy"

*RTBAV Seminar participants who request to reschedule may do so at any time with no penalty!

 Late Policy

  If you are more than 15 minutes late for your class you will be considered  a "No Show". Please see the "No Show" policy for further information

"No Show" Policy

If you are considered to be a "no-show" for your activity there are no refunds even if paid in full however you can reschedule your class/activity one time. Any further requests to reschedule will require a new deposit.

  "Online Portion Required" policy (CPR/AED/FirstAid courses ONLY)

If you attend the "in person skills session" of a blended course without  having completed the online portion requirement you will be asked to reschedule your skills to another date and time.

 **PLEASE  NOTE**

Any and all classes and activities conducted by Wicked Wolf Training are subject to the  Douglas County School District's official cancellation policy. If DCSD  issues a school cancellation or a delayed start the night before, or morning of, any class or activity scheduled with Wicked Wolf Training then the class/activity will be automatically canceled. All participants will be rescheduled at their convenience for no cost or penalty.

Any activity that is cancelled, aside from a school closure, or rescheduled at the request of Wicked Wolf Training will be rescheduled at the participant/s convenience, at no cost, or the participant/s may be offered a full refund (to include deposit) per the discretion of Wicked Wolf Training.
